IMPORTANT NOTICE ON EXAMINATIONS

NO ID CARD, NO EXAMINATIONS

Kindly note that no student will be allowed to sit for the end of trimester exams without an AIT Valid ID Card. We will not tolerate any stories of leaving your ID Card home or misplacing it. Make sure you come to the exam hall with your Valid ID Card. All Freshmen and women are to contact Daniel Agbeko for all issues relating to their ID Cards. If you have applied for renewal of ID Cards, make sure you follow up and get the card before the exams. Send me an email (osei-boakye@ait.edu.gh) if you exhaust all the avenues to get your ID Card to no avail. Please, do not send me an email until you have gone through all the necessary processes but the respective Officers failed to deliver.

TAGGING OF BAGS

No student will be allowed to enter the exam hall with a bag, mobile phone etc. A special place has been allocated at the first floor for you to drop all such items and pick them up after the exams. It is an examination offense to see your bag, mobile phone etc in the exam hall whether you are using it or not. Please take note and comply.

QUARANTINED STUDENTS

All quarantined students are advised to come minimum 30 minutes before the start of the exams for better arrangements.

SCHOOL FEES PAYMENT RECEIPTS

All students are advised to come along with their payment receipts. Even though Finance might have captured all, it is very important to come along with them in case some errors occur. Balances in the finance system will be used fully unless students can provide receipt to show otherwise. The Registry will not entertain any explanations from students with regards to payment unless receipts are provided.

EXAMINATION CHIT DISTRIBUTION

The Finance Office is still distributing exam chits. All students are advised to take their exams chit. Students will be held responsible for any delays in the collection of their exam chits on the day of exams. No additional time will be given to those who may get their chits late and come to the exam hall late as well.

SCHOOL FEES PAYMENT

All students are to complete payment of their school fees in FULL before they will be allowed to sit for the exams. The Office of the Registrar will meet students on Friday from 10am to 5pm to discuss school fees issues. Students who have made NO PAYMENTS this trimester or are still owing from previous trimesters DO NOT qualify for flexifees arrangements. They should defer. They are not to meet the Registrar since nothing can be done about their situations.

AREAS OF CONCENTRATION

The best way to prepare for your exams is to read the entire lecture notes. Do not rely on any specific areas given to you by anybody. No one knows where the exam questions will come from. The best area is the entire lecture notes.

GOOD LUCK AND STAY AWAY FROM ANY FORM OF EXAMINATION MALPRATICE
